Trust is earned through accountability, and this module is designed to ensure that the fiduciary responsibility for the parish is appropriately documented and shared with its parishioners. The module is comprised of the following components:


Module Components:

• 1 two-color, two-page Parish Budget Report (distribute 60-90 days before annual report)
  
  

• Budget Report content includes:

  - An outline of coming year's spending priorities
  - Anticipated major and/or capital expenditures
  - A basic budget for major categories on general ledger

• 1 two-color, eight-page Parish Annual Report (distribute 60-90 days after Budget Report)
  
  

• Annual Report content includes:

  - An overview of parish accomplishments
  - An explanation of presented financials
  - A balance sheet
  - A graphical comparative presentation of select financials (year over year where available)
  - Short range planning (1-3 years)
  
  Optional: 1 two-color, 1 one page Mid Year Report (distribute approximately 6 months after Budget Report)
